Human Hair Wigs

To make the human hair wig look natural and lively always, you need to take care of certain things in order to achieve perfection. All of these wigsare chemically processed. To make them stay longer follow some easy and simple steps given below:

 Untangle the wig after using with a brush or a comb preferably. 

 Comb from the ends to the cap base of the wig.

 Wash with cold water and go for the same pattern of water flowing as used for combing the wig. Avoid soaking the wig in the basin as the hair can again get tangled up.

 Use the shampoos that do not contain phosphate to wash the wig. Apply with your fingertips.

 Shampoo the wig evenly.

 Wash only with cold water. Make sure the shampoo wears off completely. Don’t squeeze.

 Use a wig conditioner to condition the wig. Again use your fingertips to evenly disperse the conditioner.

 Let the wig dry out by placing it on a wig stand.

Synthetic Hair Wigs

Synthetic wigs are different from human hair wigs and require much care about the hair as they are not real. To make them stay longer follow some easy and simple steps given below:

 Brush the wig thoroughly.

 Fill the sink with cold water and add a tablespoon of shampoo in it.

 Dip the wig into the water and shake softly without rubbing it.

 Rinse all the shampoo with cold water only.

 Dry out the wig with the use of a soft towel. Only dab don’t rub or squeeze.

 Spray the conditioner by keeping it 12-13 inches away from the wig.

 Allow it to dry without using a hairdryer or direct sunlight.

 Let it dry completely and then start to brush.
